Contract to Hire – $25/hr

Position Overview
As a Recruitment Specialist for our Healthcare Division, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring home caregivers for our operations in Pennsylvania and Florida. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we maintain a high-quality workforce that aligns with our values and commitment to exceptional care.
Daily Responsibilities
? Deliver a warm and professional experience to every employment inquiry, showcasing our unique culture.
? Conduct efficient and professional interactions via phone, text, and virtual platforms.
? Transfer candidates from our ApplicantStack system to Paradox daily.
? Perform virtual interviews using our current software, aiming to schedule and complete a high volume of interviews daily.
? Assist with the digital onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete their paperwork smoothly.
? Maintain and monitor our Paradox system, adjusting settings to achieve staffing goals.
? Use our ApplicantStack system to manage the CarePro Inquiry database.
? Utilize the Talent Pool lead report to engage with prospective caregivers.
? Report on daily accountabilities and maintain an accurate Outlook calendar.
? Participate in daily team meetings via Teams Video.
Weekly Tasks
? Update job postings to attract the right number of applications for each office.
? Extend job offers and send onboarding paperwork through our Applicant Stack system.
? Complete KPI tracking forms to monitor performance.
? Meet with your manager weekly to discuss progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
? Develop and implement new recruitment strategies.
? Conduct proactive searches for candidates on Indeed and other platforms.
? Review and reconnect with previous candidates to fill current staffing needs.
? Work closely with branch staff to understand and meet staffing requirements.
? Place and manage recruitment advertising across various platforms.
Monthly Responsibilities
? Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans.
? Compile and report on recruitment metrics to internal stakeholders.
? Complete scorecard sections by the first week of each month.
Quarterly Tasks
? Assist with planning and participating in celebratory events.
? Review performance objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
Bi-Annually
? Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? At least one year of related business experience, with a preference for three years in human resources recruiting.
? A valid driver’s license.
