What we’re looking for Toyota’s Enterprise Product Revenue and Margins Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Financial Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role provide decision support to the Toyota Division, including Marketing, Brand Experience Center, Product Planning & Strategy, and Toyota Racing Development. Reporting to the Toyota Decision Support Manager, the… person in this role will support the A&F mission to empower sound financial decision making through accuracy, transparency, governance, and strategic insight. What you’ll be doing Primary contact/liaison for Toyota Division and related teams. Review business case submissions from the Division and partner with requestors to understand key objectives and financial impact to the organization. Brief CFO on each business case and provide a recommendation. Study the Toyota Division’s actuals vs. forecast variances on a monthly and quarterly basis, partnering with key stakeholders to understand material changes and provide insights to leadership. Support related Affiliate Divisions, including: Toyota Racing Development (TRD): review month end close results, evaluate and align budget and forecasts with TMNA, analyze business cases and other ad hoc projects. In addition, quantify financial impact to Toyota Division Marketing. Other affiliates activities and projects as required by the Affiliates Business Lead. Support the Toyota Sales Operations group with regular analysis, including calculating certain reimbursements and charges to dealers. Cross-train with Sr. Financial Analyst, Incentives to be able to support fleet and non-fleet incentive requests as needed. Partner with other Finance team members to consolidate executive-level consolidated reporting on Sales related financials. Other various projects and deliverables as needed. Qualifications/ What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field 6+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and/or related disciplines Excellent analytic, presentation, interpersonal and organization skills required Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline and detail driven environment Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and effectively apply data manipulation tools to analyze large datasets Added bonus if you have Knowledge of and experience with BPC planning / SAP Master’s in Business Administration Understanding of the automotive industry and business issues affecting Sales & Marketing What We’ll Bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
