Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team at Tesla in Houston, Texas. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while representing the Tesla brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3… years of experience in a similar role.
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate information about Tesla products and services to customers
– Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
– Escalate complex customer problems to the appropriate department for resolution
– Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers at all times
– Stay up-to-date on Tesla products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

– Confident and resourceful personality traits
– Demonstrated ability to effectively manage people and demonstrate emotional intelligence
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
