Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team to support one of our customers. This role will focus primarily on consumer-based products and involves reactive communication related to product issues. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and the ability to take ownership of issues, understand them thoroughly, and develop comprehensive content to explain… these issues.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with the second and third level support teams to collect information and evaluate product issues.
Develop and manage communication deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, customer letters, info sheets, spec sheets, call center scripts, etc. These will detail the issue, the investigation, the root cause, and the proposed solution.
Work with the third level support engineer, R&D, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive communication strategy.
Handle both low level, quick turnaround tasks and long-term projects that may span several months.

To Be Successful You Will Have

Proven experience in Marketing Communication or a related field.
Excellent writing and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint is a must as 60% of the role involves creating presentations.
Strong project management skills to oversee the development of communication deliverables from start to finish.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand and explain complex product issues.
Experience in handling customer communications is a plus.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
