As a Contact Center Specialist at Airbnb, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts over the phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from Airbnb guests and hosts

– Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution
– Follow Airbnb’s policies and procedures to ensure a positive guest experience
– Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
– Collaborate with team members to improve processes and communication within the contact center
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude towards problem-solving
– Strong negotiation skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
– Proficiency in using basic computer programs and online platforms
